Executive Chef Robert Goodhue fills the former role of Executive Chef Armando Rodriguez, who retired after 17 years with Hunters Run. Goodhue is also director of culinary operations. Chef Robert comes to Hunters Run from Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club in Palm City, FL, where he served as executive chef. With over 30 years of extensive culinary experience, his portfolio includes private industry experience at The Country Club of Florida as the executive chef and the executive sous chef at Woodfield Country Club, a BoardRoom Distinguished Club and a Platinum Club of America.
Before his tenure in country clubs, he worked on culinary teams of Michelin star restaurants and nationally recognized restaurants such as The Polo Grill in Baltimore MD, Citronelle in Washington, D.C., Lespinasse in NYC, and Café Boulud in Palm Beach.
