Broken Sound Club Welcomes Jillian Stevens as Director of Event Sales

September 26, 2023

Broken Sound Club, South Florida’s most exclusive and sought-after private residential members club, is thrilled to welcome Jillian Stevens as the Director of Event Sales. She joins the club with an accomplished career in luxury events for some of the most notable resort properties in the United States. With the addition of key leaders, following the appointment of Greg Devino as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer in 2022, Broken Sound Club continues to revolutionize the traditional Boca Raton community, setting a new standard for modern-day membership clubs and private event venue spaces.

“I am elated to return to the residential community side of the events industry. It is enriching to work with residents with whom you can create relationships and potentially grow over the years. Creating experiences for them, their families, and multi-generations is an aspect of the role I truly enjoy. Also, if you’re a non-resident looking to host an event, this is one way to access Broken Sound Club in a unique way and I welcome the opportunity to create something magical with you,” says Stevens.

As Director of Event Sales, Stevens will lead the Broken Sound Club events team to create dynamic programming for residents and spearhead large-scale events in the club’s beautifully renovated ballrooms and outdoor spaces. Available to the public for event bookings, these lavish facilities provide non-residents an inside look at the club as well as the opportunity to experience events cared for by the talented Broken Sound Club team and Stevens's copious industry expertise.

She joins the club following the highly anticipated renovation of the main clubhouse. The impressively appointed, 100,000-square-foot main clubhouse boasts choices of indoor and outdoor dining, a two-acre poolscape and bistro, two club golf courses, 23 Har Tru tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts and a signature retail shop. The renovated space welcomes an additional 50,000 square feet housing the expanded men’s and ladies' card rooms and elevated entry design to enhance members' experience from the moment they arrive on the grounds. Among the myriad of lavish amenities, the clubhouse offers an exclusive dining landscape featuring CIRQ Grille and Bar, an American-inspired Brasserie with an upscale casual feel and Zest, a unique dining experience that fuses traditional old Florida and Japanese Izakaya-style cuisine utilizing only the freshest ingredients to satisfy the most discerning palate.

Stevens has spent the past 22 years working in various event roles across the country, most recently as Director of Meetings and Special Events at the Grand Wailea Waldorf Astoria in Maui. An events industry veteran, she returns to Boca Raton after six years since her role as Wedding Specialist and Senior Catering Sales Manager at Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort culminating in 2017.

For those looking to host an event at one of Broken Sound Club’s exquisite venue spaces, Stevens encourages you to complete an Event Inquiry Form on the website and a member of the Broken Sound Club Events Team will connect with you as soon as possible."
